VinFast is an all-electric automaker established in 2017, part of Vingroup, with a manufacturing complex in Hai Phong, Vietnam, and a factory under construction in North Carolina. Its United States lineup is two SUVs: the VF 8, a mid-size two-row with seating for five, and the VF 9, a full-size three-row with seating for six or seven. Both were designed with Pininfarina and both come with dual-motor all-wheel drive as standard.
