Using this site
You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes: learning about VinFast vehicles, browsing pre-owned inventory, requesting information, booking service and applying for financing. You agree not to interfere with the site, scrape it, or use it in any way other than through the pages we provide.
Vehicles, pricing and availability
Vehicle descriptions, specifications and figures for new VinFast models are taken from VinFast's published materials and may change without notice. Pre-owned listings are updated regularly but every vehicle is subject to prior sale. Advertised prices exclude tax, title, license, registration and any documentation fee unless the listing says otherwise. New VinFast vehicles are advertised at the manufacturer's suggested retail price plus destination and handling, as VinFast requires. Please confirm price, availability and equipment with VinFast of Tustin before relying on them.
Financing
Submitting a financing application is a request for credit, not an offer of credit. Approval, rates and terms are decided by the lender based on your application. Any payment figures that may appear on the site are estimates for illustration and are not an offer or a guarantee.
Service scheduling
Online service appointments are requests until our service department confirms them. Scheduling is provided through a third-party tool (CDK) and is subject to that provider's terms as well as ours.
Trade-in and purchase offers
Any value we quote online for your vehicle is an estimate based on the information you gave us. A firm figure is given only after we inspect the vehicle in person.
Intellectual property
VinFast names, logos, vehicle images and product information are the property of VinFast and are used with its permission. Everything else on this site, including text, photographs, design and code, belongs to VinFast of Tustin or its licensors. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from it without written permission.
Third-party sites and tools
This site links to and embeds services run by others, including VinFast, CDK and Google. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.
No warranty; limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, VinFast of Tustin is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the information on it. Nothing in these terms limits the warranties that come with a vehicle you buy or the rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about them or about the site will be heard by the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
